I am accredited 


How do I check my accreditation status?
Log on to your OSCA account (link) and select registration from the menu option on the left.

Registration Renewal
To retain your accredited status you must renew your registration each academic year, renewal is available from 17 September 2007. Log on to your OSCA account (link) and simply select the option to ‘renew’ next to the appropriate subject and qualification.
Please note, that in order for your accredited status to apply to the winter moderation window you must renew your registration before 29th October 2007.

I would like to register for a new qualification and subject
Log on to your OSCA account and select the option to ‘add new subject/unit’ at the bottom of the page.

Moved to a new centre?
You can transfer your accreditation to your new centre. Contact your Edexcel Centre Administrator to create a new account and then either call our customer service on 0870 240 9819.

How long will my accreditation last?
Accreditation is awarded within each academic year and will last for the remainder of that academic year and the following two academic years. Once this period has expired, you will need to become re-accredited for the specification via one of the available routes, see accreditation activities.

Control Sampling
Although you are accredited you may be required to submit a control sample during a formal moderation window as part of Edexcel’s quality assurance checks. You will receive notification of selection by email or you can check yourself by logging on to your account, selecting details next the appropriate subject/unit.
If you are selected you will be required to take part in formal moderation procedures. Please refer to ‘Regulations and Guidance’ for further information.
