Mind The Gap

In 2007, we launched ‘Mind The Gap’, an initiative and a long-term commitment to improve customer service.

Feedback from centre staff and assessment associates has shown that, at times, we do not always meet your expectations.

We are determined to match our first-class products with first-class service and support.

Improvements that you may already have noticed include:

  • Results Plus - our free online results analysis tool for centre staff and students
  • Ask The Expert - puts you in direct email contact with over 200 of our senior subject experts
  • Communities - our online forum enables you to access peer-to-peer support from fellow teaching and subject-delivery staff in Edexcel schools and colleges.
  • Dedicated qualification phone lines - a telephone number for each qualification you are enquiring about, answered by staff dedicated to that qualification.
  • Tell Edexcel - an opportunity for you to tell us of improvements that we can make and also to nominate Edexcel staff who have made a difference to you.

Upcoming initiatives include:

  • improved training and support for exams officers
  • a revised website with improved search options
  • a co-ordinated communication strategy

to name but a few.
