'E' series of forms

Following feedback from customers, Edexcel Online will be updated for centres to submit ELC (A) entries.

Centres who wish to continue to submit ELC(A) entries via paper forms should download the forms below. The purpose of the first two forms is to make and amend entries for ELC (A) candidates.  To assist you in completing the forms, we have included an example beneath each.
