In response to some centre queries regarding the administration of entries for GCSE 360Science, please find details of entry deadlines below.

November 2008 EDI/ Edexcel Online results will be issued on 15 January 2009. The entry deadline for March 2009 is 28 January. After this date late fees will apply. This provides a window of 10 working days to make the relevant entries.*

Please note that there is a grace period for centres that have made entries to withdraw candidates and obtain a refund. Centres have up to 22 February 2009 to withdraw entries to obtain a refund if no resit is required.

March 2009 360Science results will be released on 16 April 2009. The window for June 2009 resit entries is 16 – 30 April 2009. Late fees will be withheld on resit entries made during this window.
Please note that this window will apply to 360Science and Two Tier Mathematics unit resit entries only (March 2009 unit resits). After 30 April, late fees will apply.

The entry deadline for new entries for these subjects remains 21 February 2009. This did not exist under legacy Science and refunds are issued on entries up to 30 April 2009.

* Results for the November series are released as early as possible, bearing in mind the Christmas break and Edexcel’s duty to ensure the integrity of those results.
