With the relevelling of the NQF, we now have a new range of BTEC Management and Team Leading qualifications at levels 2, 3, 5 and 7.  These specifications have been designed to provide the underpinning knowledge for the new NVQs in Management and Team Leading, which are based on the new 2004 National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership.

However, until the new Technical Certificates for the new National Occupational Standards are confirmed, the 2002 BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Management (Supervision and Leadership) continues as our Technical Certificate.  From September 2005 it is to be completed with the new 2004 National Occupational Standards.
