Coursework represents 20% of the total assessment for these specifications. Candidates must complete one (optionally two,) coursework tasks (using and applying) and one data handling project.
Once completed, the top copy of the OPTEMS should be sent to Edexcel and the second copy, along with the sample of coursework, sent to the moderator to be received by 1st May 2003. The centre should retain the third copy.

When do I send the candidates’ coursework for Option B 5507B Edexcel marked coursework to examiners?
The coursework of all candidates must be sent no later than 1st March 2004, using the labels provided by Edexcel.
The closing date for entries for the Summer 2004 series is 21st February 2004.
