Engineering
The Edexcel Diploma in Engineering will give young people an insight into the world of work and equip them with the thinking and learning skills for employment and future self-development. The intention is to captivate their imagination and help them to recognise the potential of a career in engineering. It will challenge preconceptions about engineering and also encourage curiosity, innovative thinking and build confidence for them to become independent and effective people inspired to shape their own futures.
The Edexcel Diploma in Engineering provides a gateway into the different sectors in engineering and their underlying processes, systems and structures. Edexcel’s collaborative partnering with sector specialist bodies has ensured a qualification that will meet the skill needs of both employers and higher education.
