25/09/2002 Virgin Mobile Induction is Best The communications company wins the Edexcel Best Call Centre Induction Training Award at Call Centre of the Year Awards 2002. Virgin Mobile has won the Edexcel Best Call Centre Induction Training Award at the 7th Annual European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2002. The ceremony was held at Call Centre Expo on 17th September in Birmingham.  The Winners....The communications company beat strong competition from nine other finalists, including BUPA Customer Care Centres, Eurostar UK and P&O Stena Line Reservations & Travel Services. Regional SupportThe Employer Sales Team comprises a dedicated team of field based Regional Development Managers and a central Sales and Promotion Team.The Sales and Promotion Team highlight and promote new qualifications and developments of interest to Employer and private Training Provider customers. They also provide support to new customers to Edexcel; assisting them through the early stages of applying to become an assessment centre.
