Tell Edexcel Service-to-Customer Awards

The Tell Edexcel Service-to-Customer Awards have been introduced to recognise and reward those actions that really make a difference to you.

If you feel that an Edexcel employee has made the effort to go beyond what you would expect of them, you can nominate them for an award by answering the questions on our online form below.  This allows us to measure the nominee’s achievements against set criteria.

Every nominee will be reviewed and scored by ‘The Real Directors’ - our Service-to-Customer Awards panel.

All nominees who score over ten points will be entered into a quarterly competition and invited to join the directors for lunch, where that quarter’s winners will be announced. The winner will receive an award and £150, and the two runners-up will get Certificates of Excellence and £75 each. Everyone nominated will receive an award of £25.

Each year, the 12 award winners – the four quarterly winners and the eight Certificate of Excellence winners – will be entered into an annual competition to find the ‘best of the best’.  These overall winners will be announced at the annual All-Staff Conference. The overall winner will win £3,000 and the two overall runners-up will win £1,500 each.

Nominations received after the closing date for each quarter will be entered into the following quarter’s draw. The closing date for the annual competition will be at the end of the fourth quarter.  Entries received after this date will be entered into the following year’s competition.

We will look to publicise all our nominees and winners here every quarter. If your nominee has won, we will also contact you and let you know.
