Spring is recycling time for Edexcel as we dispose of the previous summer’s exam scripts. A few weeks ago, on a bitterly cold day, Jerry Jarvis, Edexcel's Managing Director, went down to our King’s Cross facility to see for himself the disposal of the scripts. Whilst many of our students pass first time, our scripts may have to go through the exam process over again  - as the paper can be recycled into textbooks or notebooks for students!  Last year we recycled 94,390 kilos of paper. This prevented 1605 trees having to be cut down, conserving 28317 kilowatts of energy and reduced landfill by 472 cubic metres.
