The overall objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of specific cross company or cross divisional Programmes

The post holder will implement all programme and project, governance and change management activity required for these programmes in accordance with the methodology and framework utilised within the Corporate Programme Office.


The purpose of the role is to support the Online Assessment Team in managing the online assessment process from the set up of papers on ePen to the completion of the examination series, ensuring that all stages are carried out in accordance with all appropriate Edexcel policies and QCA regulations.


The overall objective of this role is to ensure that the operational aspects of designated, new specifications are successfully implemented in that for each the relevant operational components of qualification delivery are in place. 


The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and support the internal services team including; planning, operating, liaising, monitoring and delivering projects within Onscreen Testing to timescales and within budget.  To develop and operate procedures and systems to ensure Onscreen objectives are met, providing solutions to issues where necessary.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for organisation and delivery of training for GQ and Coursework.  This will include ensuring that:

• All meetings are covered by appropriate members of staff
• Opportunities for reducing costs are realised
• Deliver the best customer service and value for money



The Exam Management Co-ordinator (EMC) supports a team that produces GCSEs and GCEs for a suite of subjects. The aim of the team is to deliver a professional service to our centres in the production and assessment of our examinations. The position covers a variety of challenging and diverse areas.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Team Leader in the management of the closure processing through to delivery.  Ensuring the accuracy of candidate data across all GQ streams for both the Home and International centres.  Focusing on both ePEN and traditional processes, the job holder must be prepared to actively challenge existing operations in order to maximise efficiency. 

The main purpose of this role is to support the Events Manager in scheduling and running approximately 2000 training meetings annually.
